Mom's projects

I was in Spokane last week to see my family and brother while he was in town before he went back to Honolulu. While I was there I took some pictures of the many projects that my mom has hanging around the house - she likes wall hangings. These are all quilted, and many of them have been made at least partially from fabrics that were used in other things, left overs from clothes made for family members, lunchboxes, etc. I've included a few close ups of some of the details. The yellow one has a sunshine stitched into the middle and was in my bedroom for as long as I can remember.
